Every project is unique to the goals, budget, and timeline that you have—in other words, highly customizable.
Here’s the basic process we’ll follow when you work with us:
1. Project Start
When you send us an email with your project details, we’ll reply with a short set of questions, and set up a 20 minute phone call to learn more about your project and confirm we’ll be a good fit to work together. After the call, you’ll receive a proposal with the project details for your review.
You’ll fill out our signature creative questionnaire, telling us in detail about you, your business, and your clients/customers, as well as your vision for the project and your goals. Your answers provide the jumping-off point for us to conduct our own research into your audience, competitors, and industry.
3. Brand Strategy
If you’re doing a branding project with us, we get to work to uncover what makes your business/brand unique. We develop a brand strategy that will inform decisions regarding naming, messaging, design, and overall brand experience.
4. Brand Identity
Equipped with your brand’s core values, personality, and position, we set out to develop the visual identity. The overall look and feel is established and guides the design for your logo, mark, color palette, typography, and graphics.
5. Art Direction & Content Production
Content to engage your audience with your brand is paramount as your business grows. We can partner with you in conceptualizing campaigns and produce everything you’d need to communicate with your audience — ranging from photo, illustration, video, motion, and audio.
6. Various Applications
We are thoughtful about every aspect of the design process and passionate about creating meaningful solutions that connect with people — everything from digital design (website, content creation, email marketing, etc.), to print (stationery systems, ads, catalogs, and signage), to packaging design.
